About

HidePDF Content is a playground and API for hiding sensitive data in PDFs. You upload a file, review the fields we found, then choose what to hide. Hidden values are burned out of the page and the text layer is removed, so they cannot be copied or extracted from the download.

What we hide

• Emails, phone numbers, credit cards, and IBANs
• Labeled names and addresses
• Country IDs such as India Aadhaar, PAN, UPI, and US SSN

If you pick nothing, every detected sensitive field is hidden. Scanned pages with little or no text are read with OCR before the review list is shown.

How to use it

The site at hidepdfcontent.com is the playground. API clients can inspect first, then hide selected fields, or hide in one request. This product is separate from TableJSON, which extracts tables into JSON.
